Resetting the digital counter does not physically clean the ink pads. If you reset the printer multiple times without replacing the sponges, ink may eventually leak out of the bottom of the unit.

While holding Stop/Reset, press and hold the Power button.

Right-click ServiceTool_V3200.exe and select "Run as Administrator."
