Most "equinox" versions require you to copy a file from the "Crack" or "Work" folder and paste it into the Amos installation directory (usually found in C:\Program Files (x86)\IBM\SPSS\Amos\22 ).
This is the most common reason the software won't "work." Ensure your antivirus hasn't quarantined this file during extraction, as it is often flagged as a "false positive."
