Ensure the printer isn't in "Sleep Mode." The MPT-II User Manual notes that it may auto-power off to save battery.
You must first pair the printer with Windows (Settings > Devices > Bluetooth). Once paired, check the COM Port assigned to the printer in "Device Manager" and select that port during the driver setup. Mpt-ii Driver Download
