Restart Premiere Pro to see your newly added languages in the transcription menu. Click the icon to begin the download

Select the tab and click Transcribe (or Create Transcript ). click the dropdown menu.

Scroll through the list of available language packages. Click Add next to each language you want to install.

In the transcription settings, click the dropdown menu.
