About us

BSDR
Baku Street Dog Rescue (BSDR) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit charity registered in the U.S., dedicated to rescuing homeless, neglected, and abused animals in Azerbaijan.
Since 2015
We began in 2015 with a single mission: to bring compassion to the streets of Baku. Today, our small but passionate team continues this mission with on-the-ground rescue work, vet care, sheltering, and rehoming.

SmartCarve 4.3 is the primary control and design software used for industrial laser cutting and engraving machines, particularly those manufactured by Han’s Yueming Laser . This version integrates computer-aided design (CAD), image processing, and intelligent machine control to optimize cutting paths and engraving speed. Key Features of SmartCarve 4.3

Automatically calculates the shortest cutting path to reduce processing time.

Double-click the installer and follow the prompts. It is recommended to install the software to the default C:\Program Files\SmartCarve43 directory.

On first launch, select your preferred language (English) and system type (typically "fifth normal system"). Avoid checking "large vision" unless your machine uses an optical recognition system.

Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, or 10 (32 or 64-bit). Processor: 2 GHz Multi-Core CPU.

Locate the version compatible with your machine (e.g., SmartCarve 4.3.28).

Minimum 512 MB RAM (4 GB recommended for large designs).

For the best performance, connect your laser cutter via Ethernet rather than USB, which provides a more stable connection.
